What you will do

• Develop and maintain market access programs across Commercial, Exchange, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business.
• Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives, including innovative pharmacy network configurations and supply chain partnerships.
• Create and manage detailed implementation plans, operational workflow guides, and training materials.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and pharmacy providers to ensure member experience and value capture.
• Collaborate with Analytics teams to produce opportunity assessments and ongoing savings performance reporting.
• Support go-to-market strategies, including pricing, marketing enablement, and RFI/RFP contributions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare (health plan, PBM, pharmacy, manufacturer, or managed care).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal direction.
• Experience with data reporting tools and the ability to effectively interpret data visualizations.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree (PharmD, MBA, MHA/MHP).
• Experience with prescription drug channels, pharmacy reimbursement, and rebate administration.
• Proficiency in workflow management tools like Jira, Salesforce, or CRM systems.
• Knowledge of programming languages for data analytics, such as SQL or Python.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
