Senior Project Manager

TL;DR

Senior Project Manager (Healthcare Insights): Act as lead providing detailed technical design and specification of solutions for client experience measurement platforms with an accent on integrating technologies into business applications and ensuring project governance. Focus on assessing technical requirements, leading development and deployment, managing QA/UAT, and delivering training and ongoing support.

Location: Remote/Hybrid in the United States (US). Hybrid model: 3 days/week in office (Tue-Wed-Thu) for those near hubs in Chicago IL, Boston MA, South Bend IN. Travel <5% for meetings/trainings.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 base + discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Act as main point of contact with customers and project teams.
• Assess client technical requirements and develop viable solutions and specifications.
• Lead development, deployment, integration, QA, UAT, training, and ongoing support.
• Adhere to internal and client project governance processes.
• Work with Sales on technical presentations as needed.
• Report to Director/Senior Director, Client Success as part of HX Delivery team.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience with technical/business assessment and articulating solution value.
• Knowledge of consulting processes, strong presentation and project delivery management.
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, problem-solving; understanding of marketing research data and logic.
• Interpersonal skills for multifunctional teams; initiative in sales support.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related (or equivalent experience); US-based.

Nice to have

• Proven knowledge of Health Systems/Health Plans.
• Data Visualization/Graphic Design.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
