What you will do

• Partner with managers and leads to prioritize and drive strategic projects, establishing milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate the refactoring of the Incident Management process to improve response times and on-call rotation orchestration.
• Manage MS Teams integrated bots and AI tools to automate incident scribing and real-time stakeholder communication.
• Own weekly uptime reports, tracking SLIs/SLOs and error budgets via Datadog for executive-level reporting.
• Lead the blameless post-incident review process, ensuring ownership of root cause analysis and action items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and software/operations agile certifications.
• 3-5 years of project management experience with globally distributed teams.
• 1-2 years of experience working with IT Operations and Site Reliability Engineering teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, OpsGenie, Jira Service Management, or PagerDuty.
• Must be based in the US within EST or CST time zones.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience leveraging AI for operational efficiency.
