What you will do

  • Administer compensation programs (base pay, incentives, equity) with focus on excellence and improvement.
  • Conduct market pricing, benchmarking analyses, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Support annual compensation planning (merit, bonus, equity).
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and insights for business leaders and partners.
  • Guide on job offers, promotions, internal moves, and pay design.
  • Maintain job architecture, participate in surveys, and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant compensation or HR experience with progression.
  • Expertise in market pricing methodologies, compensation tools, and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Excellent communication, influencing skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage moderately complex projects independently.
