Location: Distributed workforce, mainly based in the US and Canada

What you will do
- Build and scale the People function across onboarding, performance management, and employee experience.
- Design structured systems for hiring, performance reviews, and career development to support high growth.
- Partner with leadership (Finance, GTM, Product, and Engineering) to align talent strategy with business goals.
- Establish a consistent performance management framework including expectations and feedback cycles.
- Drive clarity across leveling, compensation, and promotion frameworks to ensure transparency and scalability.
- Own People infrastructure and ensure compliance across the US, Canada, and other jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of progressive People Operations experience in high-growth startup environments.
- Proven ability to operate as a builder, creating structures in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
- Experience implementing HR tools such as ATS, HRIS, and Payroll systems.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform decisions.
- High ownership, sound judgment, and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with a distributed workforce (mainly US & Canada) strongly preferred
