Salary: CAD 85,000 - 100,000 yearly

What you will do

• Administer and analyze compensation programs for Canada and the US, ensuring compliance with FLSA and pay equity laws.
• Lead the annual merit cycle, including market research, data audits, and training for managers.
• Manage short-term incentive payouts and variable compensation programs in collaboration with Finance.
• Drive the job description harmonization project to streamline the depository across business lines.
• Build and maintain advanced compensation models and dashboards using Excel to identify trends.
• Provide guidance to leaders on offer recommendations and off-cycle adjustments.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on compensation experience in a large corporate environment (Canada/US).
• Expert level proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, lookups, pivot tables, data modeling).
• Strong knowledge and application of compensation legislation in both Canada and the US.

• Professional compensation certifications, such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
