Salary: $300,000 - $350,000 OTE

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute deep, multi-year account strategies to expand across divisions, teams, and buying centers
- Lead complex, ROI-driven sales motions aligning ’s capabilities to enterprise initiatives
- Multi-thread across software engineers, architects, leaders, and executives to understand priorities
- Build trusted advisor relationships driving adoption and long-term success
- Partner with customer success, solutions architecture, product, and RevOps for cohesive outcomes
- Drive expansion through solution selling, enablement, and adoption-led growth
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise software sales with named strategic accounts, long cycles, high complexity
- Proven success expanding accounts, closing 7-figure multi-year deals in matrixed organizations
- Strong solution-selling with ROI articulation across business units
- Deep technical and business acumen bridging engineers to C-level
- Experience leading enterprise transformations or platform adoptions
- Exceptional multi-threading, grit, resilience, and executive presence with technical credibility
Nice to have
- Experience with developer tools, infrastructure platforms, or technical products
- Familiarity with consumption-based or adoption-driven sales models
