TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive, Growth (Digital Native): Own and manage the entire sales lifecycle within named enterprise accounts, from strategic planning to expansion and renewal with an accent on multi-year account strategies and multi-threading across technical and executive stakeholders. Focus on leading complex value-based sales motions, navigating organizational complexity, and driving enterprise-wide platform adoption.

Location: United States - Remote Opportunity

Salary: $300,000 - $350,000 OTE

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute deep, multi-year account strategies to expand across divisions, teams, and buying centers
  • Lead complex, ROI-driven sales motions aligning hirify.global’s capabilities to enterprise initiatives
  • Multi-thread across software engineers, architects, leaders, and executives to understand priorities
  • Build trusted advisor relationships driving adoption and long-term success
  • Partner with customer success, solutions architecture, product, and RevOps for cohesive outcomes
  • Drive expansion through solution selling, enablement, and adoption-led growth

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise software sales with named strategic accounts, long cycles, high complexity
  • Proven success expanding accounts, closing 7-figure multi-year deals in matrixed organizations
  • Strong solution-selling with ROI articulation across business units
  • Deep technical and business acumen bridging engineers to C-level
  • Experience leading enterprise transformations or platform adoptions
  • Exceptional multi-threading, grit, resilience, and executive presence with technical credibility

Nice to have

  • Experience with developer tools, infrastructure platforms, or technical products
  • Familiarity with consumption-based or adoption-driven sales models
