What you will do

• Develop and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps prioritizing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Translate needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales for development and launch.
• Own delivery of features, monitor KPIs, manage lifecycle, and iterate based on feedback and data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or business-related field (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Proven track record managing products from concept to launch in Agile environments.
• Strong product development methodologies knowledge (Agile, Scrum, Lean).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
