What you will do

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for MarTech solutions built on the Adobe Experience Platform (AJO, CDP, CJA).
• Facilitate Discovery workshops to synthesize customer feedback and quantify product requirements.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics teams to balance speed, quality, and technical trade-offs.
• Align product roadmaps with client business strategies and communicate strategic ties to delivery teams.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive project implementation across functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in gathering requirements.
• Subject matter expertise in Adobe Experience Platform, including AJO, CDP, and CJA.
• Proficiency with requirements software such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Experience managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
