What you will do

• Own end-to-end contract execution for US commercial agreements, including drafting and redlining.
• Build and maintain the contract lifecycle process and workflow tooling to increase repeatability.
• Oversee customer logistics, including camera ordering, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Design infrastructure for clinical ops to manage and scale the teleophthalmology grader network.
• Support hiring and onboarding logistics for the operations division.
• Develop internal policies and SOPs to close operational gaps during rapid growth.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or health tech operations.
• Must be based in the U.S.
• Exceptional written communication and strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Systems-thinking mindset focused on scalability and automation.
• Comfortable using AI tools for workflow automation.
