Client Data Specialist I (Healthcare): Helping clients navigate setup and maintenance of HR data feeds for employee experience projects including engagement surveys, onboarding, and pulse surveys with an accent on data integration quality and client timelines. Location: Hybrid in US hub locations (Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; South Bend, IN) – three days a week in office (Tue, Wed, Thu)
Salary: $50,000–$55,000

What you will do
- Lead clients through data ingress from HRIS systems to PG platforms, from initial setup to testing and finalization.
- Advise on maximizing value from engagement surveys for employees, physicians, and nursing projects.
- Draft and maintain data rules to ensure accuracy, identify gaps, and support client updates.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan timely, accurate data sharing for projects.
- Perform data integration configurations, cascade requirements, and verify accuracy across teams.
- Track tasks, mitigate risks, escalate issues, and document decisions while adhering to SOPs.
Requirements
- US-based for hybrid work near hubs (Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; South Bend, IN)
- 1–3 years in healthcare, quality improvement, or project management.
- Analytical skills to solve complex problems with urgency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
