TL;DR

Revenue Operations Associate: Owning day-to-day system administration and operational reporting across Sales, CS, & GTM Tooling with an accent on reducing operational risk, improving system reliability, and driving automation. Focus on administering core tooling, maintaining leadership dashboards, triaging issues, and leading system initiatives and integrations.

Location: Remote (US only). US-based team members outside Pacific time zone must work at least six hours between 8am-5pm PT each workday.

Salary: Zone 1 $80,000–$94,800 USD (SF Bay/NYC); Zone 2 $72,540–$85,320 USD (other CA/Seattle); Zone 3/4 lower ranges based on US location.

What you will do

• Serve as project lead for system initiatives, automation programs, and integrations.
• Work cross-functionally to identify gaps and build solutions improving efficiency.
• Administer and support core GTM tooling and system workflows.
• Maintain dashboards and operational reporting for leadership.
• Triage system issues, bugs, and operational troubleshooting.
• Build proficiency in Salesforce and other systems for backend coverage and improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years in customer success, sales, revenue operations, or related operational role.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with data and reporting.
• Curiosity for systems and willingness to learn new platforms.
• Structured approach to managing projects and tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and find practical solutions.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong ownership and ability to operate independently.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Matik.
