TL;DR

Programmatic Analyst, Campaign Targeting & Pricing (AdTech): Designing and pricing point-of-care and programmatic media campaigns with an accent on audience targeting and inventory utilization. Focus on analyzing large datasets to optimize yield and developing data-driven media recommendations.

Location: Hybrid: 2 days in office (Cincinnati, OH) / 3 days remote

What you will do

  • Design and price point-of-care and programmatic media campaigns aligned with client goals and inventory.
  • Develop targeted campaign structures using audience insights, prescription data, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to build customized, data-driven proposals and media recommendations.
  • Analyze large datasets to inform targeting, pricing decisions, and renewal strategies.
  • Partner with strategy, insights, and ad operations teams to align on execution and campaign goals.
  • Contribute to building scalable processes for campaign scoping, targeting, and pricing.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, analytics, or pricing.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups for analyzing large datasets.
  • Ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in Cincinnati, OH for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Advertising, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Looker, or SQL.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems (SSPs, DSPs, RTB, DMPs).
  • Exposure to pharmaceutical or healthcare data.
