What you will do

• Research, collect, and analyze information to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and lead resolutions.
• Collaborate on performance improvement activities to enhance program efficiency and patient experience.
• Utilize multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports, and develop educational materials.
• Synthesize and analyze data, provide detailed summaries with graphical presentations illustrating trends, and recommend options aligned with business strategy.
• Leverage operational data to define progress, ROI, and impacts supporting leadership decision-making.
• Distribute analytical reports and ensure adherence to policies, confidentiality, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Informatics or related discipline (or equivalent)
• At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in Health Informatics, clinical information systems, health IT, change management, and project management
• Advanced understanding of clinical treatment modalities, educational principles, clinical systems, accreditation, regulatory standards, and program development
• Comprehensive knowledge of Federal, state, local laws, compliance programs, and ethical practices

Nice to have

• Certification from a national informatics certifying body
• Fellowship, academic courses, or formal training in Health Informatics
• Master’s Degree in Health Informatics or related discipline
