What you will do

• Plan and execute multi-market influencer campaigns across Europe
• Identify and manage influencers in key regions like DACH, Nordics, UK, Southern Europe
• Build and leverage networks of creators and agency partners
• Oversee outreach, negotiations, timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking
• Analyze results and optimize campaigns for different markets
• Work cross-functionally to align with broader marketing objectives

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably across multiple European markets
• Strong existing network of European influencers or agency relationships
• Proven experience managing multi-country campaigns
• Deep understanding of regional differences in social media and content trends
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Fluent in English (additional European languages a strong plus)
• Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking
