Marketing Manager (Europe): Own the growth of a product category in Europe while helping scale categories across European markets with an accent on influencer marketing, paid campaigns, and events. Focus on driving user acquisition, building influencer rosters, developing high-performing content, and executing digital/in-person events to boost demand and retention metrics.

Location: Must live within commuting distance of our London, UK or Berlin, Germany hubs (flexibility to work from home or office).

What you will do

• Drive user acquisition for your category in European markets through campaigns and events that generate buzz and grow demand.
• Build and manage influencers and creators as a performance channel, focusing on first-time buyers, conversion, and retention.
• Develop high-performing content with the creative team for paid campaigns to drive acquisition.
• Plan and execute digital and in-person events with sellers and internal teams to build awareness and core metrics.
• Measure marketing effectiveness, refine strategies with data, scale successful playbooks EU-wide, and adapt US approaches for Europe.

Requirements

• 5–10 years in consumer or category marketing, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Proven track record in influencer marketing as a performance channel driving first-time buyers at competitive CAC
• Ability to develop and deliver creative & performance content for paid ads.
• Experience planning and executing digital and in-person events across multiple European markets
• Fluent in English; additional European languages (French, German, Dutch, etc.) a strong plus
• Data-driven mindset with executional excellence; SQL knowledge ideal.
• Low ego, adaptable, thrives in unstructured, fast-moving environments; passion for creator communities or hirify.global categories.
