What you will do

• Manage all phases of influencer discovery, selection, pricing, and contract negotiation.
• Execute campaigns on schedule and budget, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Develop creative briefs, detailed production schedules, and other influencer-related documentation.
• Collaborate directly with influencers on content production and facilitate timely client approvals.
• Monitor campaign performance and create detailed wrap reports with insights and case studies.
• Stay updated on digital trends and the influencer landscape to inform creative concepts and selections.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer campaigns within the entertainment industry or other consumer brands.
• Demonstrated knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms.
• Ability to draft contracts and negotiate fees and terms with talent managers.
• Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
