What you will do

• Develop overarching influencer strategy across brands to drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
• Define creator portfolio mix and build operating model including sourcing, contracting, and performance levers.
• Identify opportunities on YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Manage relationships with influencers, streamers, agencies, and teams for long-term partnerships.
• Oversee end-to-end campaigns: sourcing, planning, activation, optimization, and reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with performance, CRM, creative, analytics, and product teams.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Experience leading end-to-end influencer/creator/streamer programs, ideally in gaming, social casino, iGaming, entertainment, or mobile apps.
• Success with performance-driven programs and KPIs like CTR, CPV, CPA, ROAS.
• Expertise in creator analytics, audience assessment, brand safety, and performance evaluation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and partnership management skills.
• Highly organized and proactive in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in social casino, iGaming, mobile gaming, or revenue-driven creator programs.
• Passion for gaming, streaming culture, and U.S. creator trends.
• Understanding of integrated marketing and influencer role across the funnel.
• Experience in rapid-growth or startup environments.
