What you will do

• Lead strategic proposals for multi-million projects and complex briefs.
• Develop insight-led creative concepts and content ideas aligned with overarching strategy.
• Create compelling narratives for pitches and client presentations.
• Manage client groups and lead agency initiatives, specifically in areas like AI and training.
• Line manage interns and provide coaching and feedback to junior staff.
• Collaborate across teams to improve win rates and project delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar strategic role.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for high-stakes pitching.
• Proficiency with Mac OS and general tech-savviness.
