What you will do

• Manage the influencer budget and spend across Children’s & Education social channels.
• Lead end-to-end management of CBeebies brand ambassadors, including briefs and communication.
• Collaborate with Comms, Marketing, and Editorial teams to ensure content aligns with hirify.global values.
• Analyze campaign performance using social measurement platforms to optimize future commissions.
• Identify and engage niche communities and external partners to amplify brand reach.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of social platforms and effective creator collaboration strategies.
• Proven experience running high-performing influencer campaigns for young audiences or parents.
• Ability to measure digital content value and report results using analytics tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience getting buy-in across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership interaction.
• Must have eligibility to work in the UK.
