What you will do
- Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound targeted prospecting.
- Generate value for potential customers and book product demonstration webinars and calls.
- Manage prospect expectations and effectively overcome objections.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs, including calls scheduled, completed, and qualified opportunities generated.
- Develop the necessary skills to transition into a full closing sales role.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English.
- 1 year of SDR experience, ideally within a software setting.
- Strong interest in building a career in sales and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Self-disciplined, organized, and ambitious approach to hitting objectives.
- Must be based in Austria.
