What you will do

• Build and maintain candidate relationships through proactive customer service via email, live chat, and phone
• Identify needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
• Answer inbound calls and chats, following scripts to resolve issues
• Document and track candidate status in applicant tracking system
• Manage advertising responses and pipeline decisions
• Handle HR/recruiting correspondence and administrative duties
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously

Requirements

• 2+ years of volume recruiting, administrative, customer service, or call center experience in a team environment
• 2+ years with databases and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 2+ years organizing workload with attention to detail and urgency to meet deadlines
• Experience in fast-paced environments coping with change
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
