What you will do

  • Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support for PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals at assigned sites.
  • Address and resolve user incidents and requests, ensuring successful outcomes and minimal friction.
  • Collaborate on knowledge-base articles to maintain support consistency across the enterprise.
  • Perform installation and relocation of endpoint equipment as needed.
  • Conduct regular rounding to departments to build relationships and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Participate in organization-wide on-call rotations for high-priority issues.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of experience in IT support or CompTIA A+ Certification.
  • Basic knowledge of PCs, mobile devices, endpoint OS, and peripherals.
  • Working knowledge of information security principles and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cambridge, OH.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Support.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience with Service-Now, Microsoft Configuration Manager, and CMDB.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification.
  • Experience in a large-scale IT environment (35,000+ devices and users).
