What you will do

• Provide client administration for Microsoft desktop and laptop systems in enterprise and training environments.
• Manage Active Directory (AD) accounts, including creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and email issues using remote tools and on-site support.
• Ensure systems comply with Army configuration baselines, OS updates, and security patches.
• Coordinate system image updates with MECM and image management teams.
• Document hardware/software changes and contribute to SOPs and user guides.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance (Required).
• Security+ (IAT II) certification required.
• 2 to 5+ years of IT support experience depending on the level (I, II, or III).
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows, and Microsoft 365.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
