What you will do

• Immerse in client’s business to understand challenges, objectives, and success measures.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop timelines, and manage delivery.
• Own end-to-end delivery of VoC/E programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and profitability.
• Serve as single point of contact for clients, teams, and partners.
• Apply Forsta tools and best practices to meet client needs and timelines.
• Inform clients, commercial leads, and management on progress, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of market research project management experience.
• Experience with survey platforms, QA processes, and delivery timelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in deadline-driven environments.
• Competence with VoC/E product suite; troubleshoot technical issues.
