What you will do

• Collaborate with clients, teams, and vendors to develop and execute digital fundraising and membership campaigns.
• Lead project management to deliver campaigns on message, time, and budget, handling details, problems, and reporting.
• Schedule and participate in meetings to discuss creative strategy, develop briefs, budgets, and reports.
• Recommend and implement list segmentation, hygiene, and email campaigns; manage digital ads with paid media team.
• Coordinate review processes, quality control, and alignment across stakeholders on strategy, schedule, and execution.
• Analyze results, draft reports, and support client relationship management.

Requirements

• 2+ years digital fundraising experience (agency preferred)
• Ability to interpret online fundraising metrics and derive key insights.
• Demonstrated project management skills with attention to detail and deadline management across multiple projects.
• Strong clear and persuasive writing ability.
• Experience with email platforms and CRMs.
• Confident in virtual meetings and quick learner for new skills.
