What you will do

• Lead large-scale technology-enabled programmes, ensuring outcomes meet timescales, budgets, and quality standards.
• Shape programme direction and solutions in collaboration with senior stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Oversee integrated teams and coach project managers through matrix leadership.
• Drive the definition of new business processes and oversee key technical integrations across the digital exams and marking platform.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies within the wider change portfolio.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading complex, technology-enabled change programmes.
• Strong technical awareness, including IT architecture and integrations.
• A relevant programme or project management qualification.
• Proficiency in Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methods.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Manchester office at least two days per week.
