What you will do

• Serve as the primary strategic partner and point of contact for assigned U.S. federal accounts.
• Align hirify.global's software capabilities with customer mission objectives to drive adoption and value.
• Coordinate Support, Services, and Customer Engineering teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Proactively identify account risks and lead mitigation efforts to prevent escalations and safeguard revenue.
• Provide technical guidance during onboarding, deployment, and architecture reviews for government stakeholders.
• Advocate for customer needs internally to influence the product roadmap and prioritization.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen residing on U.S. soil.
• Active or eligible U.S. Government security clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, or similar).
• Proven experience supporting U.S. federal government customers (civilian, DoD, or IC).
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and NIST 800-53.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), specifically GovCloud environments.
