What you will do

• Plan and implement NetSuite functional configurations, customizations, and automation to support business requirements.
• Build and maintain reporting, integrations, and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Research and resolve system issues and design new workflows for business processes.
• Lead new releases, test updates, and roll out new features across the ERP ecosystem.
• Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) execution across billing, payments, and revenue operations.
• Partner with FP&A to deliver financial insights, improve data integrity, and streamline analysis.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with NetSuite, including customization and hands-on support.
• Direct experience integrating NetSuite with other business applications using APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and Excel formulas.
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in Canada or the US.
