TL;DR

Workforce Technology Consultant (UKG Ready): Implementing and configuring UKG Ready HCM solutions to support client payroll and workforce management with an accent on system configuration and workflow development. Focus on solving complex payroll calculations, tax setups, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for care providers.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

  • Provide expertise in UKG Ready HCM implementation and configuration to deliver support and solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized technical solutions.
  • Configure system settings, develop workflows, and troubleshoot issues within the UKG Ready platform.
  • Lead client-facing discovery, training, and testing sessions for new implementations.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in UKG Ready TLM and/or Payroll implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Demonstrated experience in configuring system settings and developing workflows in UKG Ready.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participation).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience with weighted average overtime calculation and tax setup.
  • Knowledge of dual counters, PBJ reporting, and multi-site reporting.
