What you will do

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, including managers, architects, and specialists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for technology domains including network, telecom, compute, storage, and data centers.
• Oversee the design, build, and deployment of new infrastructure solutions and major technology refreshes.
• Manage capital and project budgets for design/build initiatives and oversee the engineering project portfolio.
• Collaborate with Information Security and clinical teams to ensure secure architectures and compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission standards.
• Evaluate and select technology vendors and partners, managing contracts and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive management experience within the Information Management field.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Columbus, OH.
• ITIL certification or equivalent experience with IT service management frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership in managing highly technical resources.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Information Systems, MBA, or Healthcare Administration.
• Experience leading large, complex projects across multiple functional departments.
• Prior experience working within a complex healthcare organization.
