What you will do

• Define and deliver strategic plans to increase organizational effectiveness and operationalize new technologies.
• Manage and mentor technical leads and individual contributors, including recruitment and performance appraisal.
• Drive the implementation of engineering vision and goals across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Establish and reinforce organizational standards to maintain and improve service levels.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for advanced infrastructure and operations challenges.
• Manage operating budgets and evaluate new technology strategies to improve departmental functions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant technology experience as an Administrator, Engineer, or Architect.
• 3+ years of people management experience in a technology discipline.
• Subject matter expertise in Public Cloud, Data Center Operations, Infrastructure, DevSecOps, and SRE.
• Proven track record of process improvement and meeting rigid SLAs.
• Experience creating and managing operating budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
