Location: WFH or onsite in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines. Work schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Queensland time / 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Philippines time.

What you will do

• Prepare 2D and 3D residential drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical details in Revit.
• Assist with construction documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and council requirements.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback from senior staff, designers, engineers, and clients.
• Maintain drawing files, project records, and documentation according to office standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor changes to residential building codes, drafting standards, and technical requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in residential drafting or architectural documentation.
• Proficiency in Revit for residential design and documentation.
• Strong understanding of residential building codes, construction methods, and documentation standards.
• Ability to produce accurate drawings with strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with designers, engineers, and project teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design is preferred.
