Junior Architectural Designer

Location: Onsite or WFH in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines. Work schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM AEST / 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PHT.

What you will do

• Develop and refine architectural concept designs aligned with project objectives and client expectations.
• Develop architect-led concepts into architectural drawings and Revit models.
• Coordinate projects, prepare documentation, and liaise with councils.
• Prepare architectural documentation for DA, CC, and CDC submissions while ensuring compliance.
• Work with consultants and construction teams on planning regulations, site constraints, building codes, and design intent.
• Guide architectural drawing and documentation work while mentoring junior staff.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 3+ years of work experience.
• Basic knowledge of NSW planning regulations; training is provided.
• Proficiency in Revit and Enscape.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
