TL;DR

Junior Architectural Designer (Revit): Develop and refine architectural concept designs that align with project objectives and client expectations with an accent on compliance with NSW planning laws and building codes. Focus on leading project coordination, producing documentation for DA, CC, and CDC, and collaborating with consultants and construction teams.

Location: Onsite or WFH in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, Cebu, Philippines. Work schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST).

What you will do

• Develop and refine architectural concept designs aligning with project goals and client needs.
• Lead project coordination, documentation, and liaison with councils.
• Guide architectural drawings and documentation for DA, CC, and CDC, ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with consultants on planning regulations and site constraints.
• Maintain design intent through collaboration with construction teams.
• Convert concept designs into Revit drawings and use Enscape for modeling.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of NSW planning regulations (training provided).
• Proficiency in Revit and Enscape.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
