What you will do

• Lead paid advertising strategy and performance for complex, enterprise-level accounts.
• Manage campaigns across multiple channels including Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for key accounts, resolving roadblocks and driving results.
• Mentor and coach team members, conducting training sessions on platform best practices.
• Collaborate on new business pitches and audits using strategic insights.
• Utilize AI technologies to optimize marketing workflows and insights.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of digital marketing experience, with 4+ years in an agency setting.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Meta ads.
• Proven experience with Lead Gen and B2B accounts.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite.
