Salary: €45,000 – €57,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social media.
• Optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive user growth and maximize ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research and implement link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Analyze campaign KPIs and conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create marketing assets and acquisition funnels.
• Implement customer segmentation and retargeting strategies to improve retention and LTV.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, UTM tracking, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives and landing pages.
• Must be able to work fully onsite at the Lisbon office.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM and email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
