What you will do

• Own and optimize lifecycle marketing and lead nurturing flows using HubSpot to move prospects from inbound to sales.
• Oversee paid acquisition across search and social channels while leading SEO efforts to increase organic visibility.
• Manage external media agencies, ensuring accountability to KPIs and continuous performance optimization.
• Own website performance and conversion rate optimization (CRO) using Webflow.
• Develop a DTC-inspired content and social strategy tailored specifically for a B2B audience of founders and creators.
• Establish full-funnel reporting and dashboards to tie marketing efforts directly to revenue outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing across B2B2C, DTC, or hybrid environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and lifecycle marketing.
• Proficiency with Webflow for building and iterating landing pages.
• Deep familiarity with paid media platforms such as Meta and Google.
• Highly data-centric mindset with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from performance data.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Experience writing or managing Substack or newsletter content.
• Professional background in fragrance, beauty, or consumer brands.
• Experience marketing to founders, indie brands, or creators.
