TL;DR

Head of Marketing (AI SaaS): Lead marketing transformation for AI-native B2B content platform, owning demand generation, product marketing, customer marketing, and brand with an accent on AI-powered workflows, revenue attribution, and GTM optimization. Focus on building diversified pipeline programs, evolving product positioning in AI/MarTech ecosystem, and driving expansion through data-driven campaigns.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam (3 days/week in office, commuting covered for longer distances)

What you will do

  • Own demand generation across inbound/outbound channels, managing CAC, pipeline velocity, multi-touch attribution, and A/B testing programs.
  • Lead product marketing: evolve messaging for AI capabilities, GTM for releases, positioning, and partnerships in AI/MarTech.
  • Build AI-native customer marketing for adoption, expansion, retention, and churn reduction using lifecycle data.
  • Shape brand as product extension: website, content, events, social; develop executive thought leadership and organic LinkedIn for pipeline.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Finance, Product, and CS on funnel, budgets, and strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years B2B SaaS marketing, 4+ in senior leadership owning multiple functions
  • Demand gen expertise: channel mix, ROAS, attribution; A/B experimentation discipline.
  • Customer marketing: segmented campaigns tied to revenue; product marketing: messaging, launches.
  • AI-native mindset for marketing ops; brand connecting to product value; organic social/LinkedIn success.
  • Fluency in martech (HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce); strong communication for exec reporting.
  • Proven revenue impact; comfortable as public face; cross-functional partnership.

Nice to have

  • Experience at content/digital experience/MarTech platforms.
  • Mid-market and enterprise sales motions.
  • AI agent outputs from sales/CS for marketing.
  • AI/MarTech ecosystem network.
