TL;DR

Lifecycle & Growth Marketing Specialist (SaaS): Execution of customer acquisition journeys using email sequences and AI-assisted workflows with an accent on trial signups, activation, and conversion. Focus on building automated journeys, optimizing audience logic, and integrating AI tools for marketing efficiency.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in or have existing work authorization for Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, or Sweden. Requires minimum 3 days per week in office.

What you will do

  • Build and manage end-to-end automated journeys for trial onboarding, activation, and re-engagement focusing on revenue growth.
  • Design and configure per-campaign audience logic based on market, product, company size, and engagement level.
  • Run A/B tests and continuously optimize journey performance using engagement and pipeline data.
  • Manage in-app messaging and on-site conversion flows using tools like Sleeknote.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to iterate on messaging for feature adoption and upsell.
  • Develop repeatable AI-assisted workflows for content repurposing, multilingual drafts, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven experience in building multi-step journeys from scratch.
  • Strong grasp of segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
  • Experience with in-app messaging tools like Sleeknote, Drift, or Intercom.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in professional workflows.
  • Strong written and spoken communication in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or two-sided marketplace environments.
  • Experience working across multiple European markets with multilingual campaigns.
  • Familiarity with no-code automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
