What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams using appropriate agile frameworks to maximize business outcomes.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and delivery cycles to enable effective planning and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and remove impediments while establishing clear escalation paths to minimize distractions.
  • Coach teams in agile values, principles, and self-organization to empower ownership of delivery.
  • Utilize delivery tools and metrics, such as Jira, to provide transparency and track value outcomes.
  • Drive organizational adoption of agile ways of working through coaching and internal sessions.

Requirements

  • Qualified Scrum Master with certification (e.g., CSP, SAFe, ICM, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience operating as a Scrum Master within complex delivery environments.
  • Expertise in agile tooling, specifically Jira, for managing backlogs and Kanban workflows.
  • Background in IT delivery or transformation (development, business analysis, or project management).
  • Strong analytical capability to support evidence-based decision making and value creation.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Hove, UK.
