What you will do

• Lead Digital Product compliance projects, ensuring they meet objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Manage project scope, risks, changes, and incidents throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary teams, assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps and project plans.
• Monitor and report on project status, focusing on scope, schedule, budget, and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Executive Sponsors and Business Owners to achieve key project objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
• 3+ years of Healthcare IT project management experience.
• Extensive experience managing budgets of $3M+.
• Project governance certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Project Management or Social Innovation.
• Additional certifications like Six Sigma.
• Experience managing international or multicultural projects.
• Advanced knowledge of current IT and AI technologies.
