Salary: $161,250 - $236,500

What you will do

• Establish vision, framework, and processes for profitability and sustainability using highly accurate TCO modeling.
• Build capabilities for Lifecycle Assessment of emissions (CO2e) to achieve carbon neutrality objectives.
• Develop and execute division-wide strategies in collaboration with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Account Management.
• Lead supplier and customer cost negotiation strategies and drive cost transparency.
• Manage a global team of 15 direct reports, focusing on coaching and succession planning.
• Drive synergy programs within the Samsung group to leverage business scale.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Cost Engineering, Sustainability, VM, Procurement, or Manufacturing.
• 10+ years of proven scientific expertise in the Semiconductor Industry (chips, devices, modems, memory).
• 10+ years of experience leading diverse global teams to improve profitability and innovation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economy.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience with automotive electronics and corporate-level design-to-cost programs.
• Proficiency in German, Chinese, and/or Hungarian languages.
