TL;DR

Location: Hybrid work (3 office days / 2 WFH) in Vilnius with WFA options

Gross salary: 2100 - 2700 EUR/month

What you will do

  • Perform recurring QA on team communication across Gmail, Slack, Gong, and Salesforce
  • Assess customer interactions, refine QA frameworks, and track communication KPIs
  • Optimize team operations, maintain knowledge bases, and improve processes
  • Analyze data to identify trends and support customer-related strategies
  • Assist with CRM management, reporting, and ad hoc operational initiatives
  • Conduct workshops and training on communication and operational excellence
  • Oversee onboarding, ensuring new hires align with company standards

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer management roles (CS, AM, Sales)
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Operations or Sales Enablement
  • Background in communication assessment and training
  • Familiarity with customer management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, MixMax, Gong)
  • Proven track record of suggesting process improvements and mentoring others
