What you will do

• Plan and implement EMSR, automation, and electrical engineering solutions for waste treatment and energy plants.
• Execute retrofit, service, and modernization projects for existing plant systems.
• Provide technical consulting for internal and external customers during proposal and execution phases.
• Prepare technical tender documents and manage supplier negotiations and relationships.
• Coordinate internal departments and external service providers to meet budget and quality goals.
• Supervise manufacturing, installation, and commissioning activities in Germany and internationally.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical, automation, control, or energy engineering, or equivalent vocational technician/master qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in process, energy, or environmental engineering projects.
• Solid knowledge of EMSR and automation technology.
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken).
• Willingness to support projects both domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of energy or environmental technology.
• Experience with medium-voltage systems and low-voltage main distribution boards.
• French language skills.
