What you will do

• Provide 3rd-level technical support for local service technicians on AutoStore systems both on-site and remotely.
• Lead the installation, commissioning, configuration, and testing of AutoStore systems to ensure project delivery.
• Train local technicians and customer operators in maintenance, software updates, and troubleshooting methods.
• Analyze and resolve complex system malfunctions while ensuring a safe work environment.
• Maintain and update training manuals and technical documentation for the AS-CRM.

Requirements

• Completed training in an electrotechnical profession (e.g., electrician, mechatronics technician).
• Fluent English and solid German language skills.
• Willingness to travel as required across the DACH region and EMEA.
• Competence in MS Office and setup of MS Windows-based machines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations; experience with AutoStore or PLC is considered an advantage.
