What you will do

• Act as a specialist for occupational safety (SiFa) in accordance with ASiG and DGUV regulation 2.
• Provide professional HSE advice and support to management and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with German laws including ArbSchG, BaustellV, BetrSichV, and GefStoffV.
• Perform site inspections, audits, and safety assessments at project locations.
• Review contractor risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
• Support the implementation of ISO 45001 and environmental compliance in coordination with the European Environmental Manager.

Requirements

• Degree in environmental sciences, occupational safety, or a comparable technical field.
• Qualification as Fachkraft Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) according to ASiG and DGUV regulation 2.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial settings.
• Thorough understanding of German occupational safety laws and DGUV standards.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany to support hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience in renewable energy, battery storage, or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Experience with environmental compliance and ISO 14001 systems.
• Experience working within EPC or infrastructure project environments.
