What you will do

• Manage Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA) for a project portfolio of Battery Energy Storage Systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, advocating their interests within the company.
• Coordinate and manage approved contractors for preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• Investigate equipment logs and DAS issues proactively to solve routine technical problems.
• Develop and implement project management plans to ensure resource availability and timely delivery.
• Ensure all safety issues are logged and strictly adhere to compliance regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering (with 2+ years experience) or a Master's degree.
• Fluent German (C1 or C2) and proficiency in English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Safety and aptitude certifications according to industry standards in the respective countries of deployment.
