What you will do

• Define satellite harness architecture, including bracket and HMU definitions, in cooperation with Mechanical and AIT teams.
• Create preliminary harness designs, Allocation ICDs, and IO budgets to optimize mass and cost.
• Coordinate the project harness engineering team, overseeing electrical and 3D routing.
• Lead the harness engineering process from the preliminary phase through manufacturing and acceptance.
• Support system-level design reviews and act as an interface for customers and subcontractors.
• Develop top-down engineering processes and model-based definitions for change control and verification.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering or a compatible qualification.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in Harness engineering in Space.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
