What you will do
- Develop and execute a cohesive product strategy for the Fintech & Strategic Extensions area, aligned with company goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and legal to bring intuitive and delightful payment experiences to life.
- Monitor product performance and KPIs to identify areas for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Actively advocate for the product area both internally and externally through presentations and industry events.
- Provide hands-on guidance by diving into tactical details and questioning assumptions during critical decision-making.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product management, including leading teams and delivering successful product launches.
- Deep expertise in the payments space, including industry trends, technologies, and regulatory considerations.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Data-fluent ability to interpret metrics and use them to guide prioritization and decision-making.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Preferred location: Candidates within the UTC +/- 4 time zone range.

Hiring process
