What you will do

• Facilitate purposeful delivery practices including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach Product Owners to strengthen refinement, prioritization, and agile product thinking.
• Proactively identify and remove delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies before they impact progress.
• Mentor peers and contribute to the Delivery HQ community to evolve consistent ways of working.
• Act as a change agent to simplify processes and improve flow across value streams and the wider organization.

Requirements

• Experience as a servant-leader helping teams increase confidence, autonomy, and ownership.
• Practical experience applying Scrum and/or Kanban principles with judgement.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills for supporting teams and stakeholders.
• Clear and calm communication style with the ability to build trust and provide constructive challenge.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of self, the team, and the wider system.
